Registration and Publication Fee
The below fee structure and conditions applies to the organization.
Initial & Registration
For initial registration and publication through International Climate Intelligence System, a one time fee is charged for each EPD, GHG and Carbon Footprint verification documents.
Yearly (Annual) Fee
Every published document is subject to an annual fee, which is a recurring fee.
Fee details and Payment Conditions
Registration Fee
- Euro 800 per document
- Euro 400 for 2-4 documents
- Euro 100 for 5 & above documents
Annual Fee
- Euro 800 per organization
Standards
To qualify for Carbon Footprint assessment, the assessment must have been completed in accordance with one of the internationally recognized standards.
Registration & publication fee should be paid within 15 days from the invoice date. Invoicing will be done once the publication is done in ICIS.
Annual fee will be applicable upon completion of 12 months from the date of initial publication. Invoicing will be done upon completing 12 months and payment should be paid within 30 days.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are excluded from the above mentioned amount and it will be charged extra (if applicable).
Updation
Updation of editional changes can be done at no cost during the validity period. Other changes are chargeable at Euro 100/- per document. Verification charges are subject to verifier terms & conditions.
Removal From The Register
ICIS must be notified by the organization when the document are to be deregistered. An invoice for the program of the annual fee for the period of the year that has passed will be sent. Payment is to be made within 15 days.
