Registration and Publication Fee

The below fee structure and conditions applies to the organization.
Initial Registration & Publication

For initial registration and publication through International Climate Intelligence System (ICIS), a one-time fee is charged for each Carbon Footprint verification document.

Yearly (Annual) Fee

Every published Carbon Footprint verification document is subject to an annual fee, which is a recurring fee.

Fee details and Payment Conditions

Registration & First Year Fee
  • First Carbon Footprint (CFP): €800.
  • 2–4 CFPs: €800 for the first CFP and €400 for each remaining CFP (up to the 4th).
  • 5+ CFPs: €800 for the first CFP and €100 for each remaining CFP.
Annual Fee
  • €800 per organization
Standards

To qualify for a Carbon Footprint verification, the assessment must be completed in accordance with one of the internationally recognized standards and the ICIS’s CFP General Progam Instructions (GPI).

The registration and publication fee must be paid within 15 days from the invoice date. Invoicing will be issued after the CFP verification document is published in ICIS.

The annual fee becomes applicable 12 months from the date of initial publication. Invoicing will be done upon completion of 12 months, and payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are excluded from the above-mentioned amounts and will be charged extra, if applicable.

Updation

Updates involving editorial or minor changes can be made at no cost during the validity period. Other changes are chargeable at €100 per document. Verification charges are subject to the verifier’s terms and conditions.

Removal From The Register

ICIS must be notified in writing by the organization when a CFP verification document is to be deregistered. An invoice for the annual fee corresponding to the elapsed period of that year will be issued, and payment must be made within 15 days.
