ICIS welcomes complaints related to our activities. Complaints are to be written form. Received complaints will be acknowledged within 3-4 working days. Compliant will be handled as per ICIS complaint handling procedure.

ICIS welcomes Appeal from any organization or individual against our decisions made for compliant resolution and verifier approval process.

The appeal will be handled as per ICIS appeal procedure.
