ICIS welcomes complaints related to our activities. Complaints are to be submitted through email. Received complaints will be acknowledged within 3-4 working days and will be handled as per ICIS’s complaint handling procedure.

Appeal

ICIS welcomes Appeal from any organization or individual against our decisions made for complaint resolution and verifier approval process.

The appeal will be handled as per ICIS’s appeal procedure.
