Registration and Publication Fee
The below fee structure and conditions applies to the organization.
Initial Registration & Publication
For initial registration and publication through International Climate Intelligence System (ICIS), a one-time fee is charged for each Recycled Content certificate.
Yearly (Annual) Fee
Every published Recycled Content certificate is subject to an annual fee, which is a recurring fee.
Fee details and Payment Conditions
Registration & First Year Fee
- First Recycled Content certificate: €800.
- 2–4 certificates: €800 for the first certificate and €400 for each remaining certificate (up to the 4th).
- 5+ certificates: €800 for the first certificate and €200 for each remaining certificate.
Annual Fee
- €800 per organization
Standards
To qualify for a Recycled Content certificate, the assessment must be completed in accordance with one of the internationally recognized standards and the ICIS’s Recycled Content Certification General Progam Instructions (GPI).
The registration and publication fee must be paid within 15 days from the invoice date. Invoicing will be issued after the Recycled Content certificate is published in ICIS.
The annual fee becomes applicable 12 months from the date of initial publication. Invoicing will be done upon completion of 12 months, and payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are excluded from the above-mentioned amounts and will be charged extra, if applicable.
Updation
Updates involving editorial or minor changes can be made at no cost during the validity period. Other changes are chargeable at €100 per certificate. Verification charges are subject to the verifier’s terms and conditions.
Removal From The Register
ICIS must be notified in writing by the organization when a Recycled Content certificate is to be deregistered. An invoice for the annual fee corresponding to the elapsed period of that year will be issued, and payment must be made within 15 days.
