To qualify for a Zero Waste certificate, the assessment must be completed in accordance with one of the internationally recognized standards and the ICIS’s Zero Waste General Progam Instructions (GPI).

The registration and publication fee must be paid within 15 days from the invoice date. Invoicing will be issued after the Zero Waste certificate is published in ICIS.

The annual fee becomes applicable 12 months from the date of initial publication. Invoicing will be done upon completion of 12 months, and payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

Applicable taxes are excluded from the above-mentioned amounts and will be charged extra, if applicable.

Updates involving editorial or minor changes can be made at no cost during the validity period. Other changes are chargeable at €100 per certificate. Verification charges are subject to the verifier’s terms and conditions.

ICIS must be notified in writing by the organization when a Zero Waste certificate is to be deregistered. An invoice for the annual fee corresponding to the elapsed period of that year will be issued, and payment must be made within 15 days.
